Abstract

ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ´©Àû »ýÁ¸À²À» ±¸ÇÏ°í, »ýÁ¸À²¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿ä¼Ò¿Í ¿ä¼Ò °£ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ Æò°¡ÇÏ¿©, ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ¿¹Èĸ¦ ¿¹ÃøÇÏ´Â µ¥ µµ¿òÀ» ÁÖ°íÀÚ ÇÑ´Ù. 2000³â¿¡¼­ 2007³â±îÁö ºÎ»ê´ëÇб³ Ä¡°úº´¿ø¿¡ ³»¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚ Áß ÀÓÇöõÆ®¸¦ ½Ä¸³ÇÏ°í ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°À» Á¦ÀÛÇÑ È¯ÀÚ¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°°ú °ü·ÃÇÑ Á¾ÇÕÀûÀÎ ÀÓ»óÀû »óŸ¦ Á¶»ç Æò°¡ÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á°ú¸¦ ¾ò¾ú´Ù. 1. Àüü ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ÃßÁ¤ ¼ö¸íÀº 11.7³âÀ̾ú°í, °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°¿¡ ¹®Á¦°¡ ¹ß»ýµÇ´Â ÃßÁ¤ ½ÃÁ¡Àº 9.5³âÀ̾ú´Ù. 2. ³ªÀÌ¿Í ¼ºº°¿¡ µû¸¥ ¼ö¸íÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ´Â ³ªÅ¸³ªÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù(P>.05). 3. Ä¡¾Æ ¹ß°Å ¿øÀÎÀº ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ¼ö¸í¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÃÆ´Ù(P<.05). Ä¡¾Æ ¿ì½ÄÁõÀÇ °æ¿ì °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ¼ö¸íÀº 10.0³â, Ä¡ÁÖ ÁúȯÀÇ °æ¿ì 9.0³âÀ̾ú´Ù. 4. ¾Ç°ñ¿¡ µû¸¥ ¼ö¸íÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ´Â ³ªÅ¸³ªÁö ¾Ê¾ÒÀ¸³ª(P>.05), ÀüÈĹæ À§Ä¡¿¡¼­´Â ¼Ò±¸Ä¡ºÎ º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ¼ö¸íÀÌ 11.0³âÀ¸·Î ¼ö¸íÀÌ ±æ¾ú°í, ´ë±¸Ä¡ ºÎÀ§ º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ¼ö¸íÀÌ 8.8³âÀ¸·Î ª¾Ò´Ù(P<.05). 5. ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ Å©±â´Â º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ¼ö¸í¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡Áö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù(P>.05). 6. ´ëÇÕÄ¡ Á¶°Çº° ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ¼ö¸íÀº Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù(P>.05). 7. ÀÓÇöõÆ®-ÁöÁö °íÁ¤¼º º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÇ ÇÕº´ÁõÀº ½ÄÆí ¾ÐÀÔ(40.5%), µµÀç ÆÄÀý(25.8%), ³ª»ç Ç®¸²(23.6%) ¼øÀ̾ú´Ù. ½ÄÆí ¾ÐÀÔÀº ÀÓÇöõÆ® À§Ä¡¿Í »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ º¸¿´°í, ³ª»ç¿Í °ü·ÃµÈ ¹®Á¦´Â ÀÓÇöõÆ® À§Ä¡¿Í º¸Ã¶¹° Á¾·ù¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹Þ¾Ò´Ù(P>.05).

This study was to compare the cumulative survival rate of implant-supported fixed prostheses and to analyze association between risk factors and cumulative survival rate of implant-supported fixed prostheses. In order to assess the clinical status of implant-supported fixed prostheses, individuals who treated in the Department of Prosthodontics, Pusan National University Dental Hospital, between 2000 to 2007 were examined. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Length of service of implant-supported fixed prostheses was 6.6¡¾32.0 years (mean), 11.7 years (median). 2. Age and sex of patient was found to have no statistically significant influence on longevity of implant-supported fixed prostheses (P>.05). 3. Reason of tooth extraction wax found to have statistically significant influence on implant-supported fixed prostheses (P<.05). The longevity of fixed prostheses was low in tooth extraction case due to periodontal disease (median:9.0 years).
4. Location of implant-supported fixed prostheses was found to have statistically significant influence on longevity of fixed prostheses (P<.05). The longevity of fixed prostheses was low in molar region (median:8.8 years). 5. Number of units in implant-supported fixed prostheses was found to have no statistically significant influence on longevity of fixed prostheses (P>.05). 6. Condition of opposing dentition was found to have no statistically significant influence on longevity of implantsupported fixed prostheses (P>.05). 7. Food impaction (40.5%), porcelain fracture (25.8%), screw loosening (23.6%) were frequent complications.
